摘要
教学质量是高校培养高素质人才的关键.针对目前高校教育教学管理现状,借鉴企业全面质量管理理念,提出了实施教学全面质量管理的思路和建议.
The quality of education is the key for the university to train highly qualified talents. This paper studies the current status of the educational management and teaching assessment in universities. Taking the thoughts of enterprise's overall quality management system for reference, this paper puts forward the idea and the substantial suggestions on the implementation of an overall education quality management system.
