摘要
本文对“小康”概念的历史性、时代性、发展性进行了阐述，提出了要在不断发展、完善的过程中来理解“小康”及“小康社会”的概念，论述了全面建设小康社会意味着社会的进步和发展，是社会的全面发展。而社会的全面发展其核心是推进人的全面发展，教育是造就人的全面发展的唯一方法。
This paper explains the meaning of being well-off in different times and puts forward an idea that we should understand the meanings of 揵eing well-off ?and 揳 well-off society ?in a developing way. Building a well-off society in an all-round way means the progress and development of a society. The core of an all-round development is to promote a human being抯 all-round development, while education is the only way to build up a human being抯 all-round development.
