摘要
针对常用熔融热导法对钢中氮的分析周期长 ,在样品加工上存在很大困难的问题 ,研究了利用直读光谱仪对炉前试样进行氮元素快速分析的实验方法 ,氮质量分数的分析范围为 0 0 0 2 0 %~ 0 0 4 0 0 % ,为转炉 -精炼 -连铸流程的钢水氮元素的快速监测创造了条件 ,并能够满足炼钢工艺要求。
It not only has a long time consuming, but also has a difficulty in machining the sample to use the traditional method of thermopile in analyzing the nitrogen in steel online. The quick analysis method for determination of nitrogen, with a nitrogen range of 0.0020-0.040, in steel by using ARL-4460 photoelectric spectrometer is studied. It can meet the requirement of supervising nitrogen content online in a limited time period.
