ARL4460直读光谱仪N元素灵敏度降低的原因探究及处理

摘要 ARL4460型直读光谱仪在日常生产检测过程中,发现N通道的标准化系数极端异常,N元素的测试精度明显降低,在对可能的影响因素逐一排查后,锁定N通道的出射光路发生严重偏移,最终通过调整N通道的光路圆满解决了N元素分析灵敏度降低的问题。 In the daily production and detection process of ARL4460 direct reading spectrometer,it was found that the standardization coefficient of N channel was extremely abnormal,and the test accuracy of N element was significantly reduced.After checking the possible influencing factors one by one,the outgoing light path of locking N channel was seriously offset,and finally the problem of reduced sensitivity of N element analysis was successfully solved by adjusting the light path of N channel.
