摘要
为适应现有加氢裂化装置扩能改造的需要研制了3976加氢裂化催化剂。该催化剂在具有高活性、高生产灵活性特点的同时,还具有优异的抗氮性能。3976催化剂在辽阳石化分公司加氢裂化装置上运转半年后的标定结果表明,以辽阳石化减压馏分油为原料时,重石脑油、中间馏分油和C5+液体收率分别约为31%,38%和96.5%,可分别按喷气燃料方案和柴油方案生产,产品质量可满足厂家生产需要。至今该催化剂已连续运转4年并且实现了现有装置由1.0Mt/a扩能改造到1.4Mt/a的挖潜增效的目的。
Hydrocracking catalyst 3976 having the performance of nitrogen tolerance, high activity and high production flexibility was developed for capacity expansion of hydrocracking units. The test run data after half year running of the said catalyst in Liaoyang Petrochemical Company showed that using the VGO from the said company as feedstock, the heavy naphtha, middle distillates and C 5 + liquid yields were about 31%, 38% and 96.5% respectively, which could either operate for jet fuel scheme or diesel fuel scheme. The product qualities met the requirement of the refinery. Up to now, the catalyst has been continuously run 4 years, and realized the unit capacity expansion from 1.0Mt/a to 1.4Mt/a.
