摘要
介绍了加氢催化剂FF-36与FC-50在中国石油天然气股份有限公司锦西石化分公司1.0 Mt/a加氢改质装置上的工业应用情况。采用干法硫化工艺对FF-36与FC-50加氢催化剂进行了硫化处理,同时采用低氮油对其初期活性进行了钝化处理,并在装置满负荷条件下进行了标定。结果表明,加氢催化剂FF-36与FC-50具有较高的催化活性和稳定性;柴油产品中硫及氮质量分数均低于10μg/g,脱硫率与脱氮率均在99%以上;柴油产品十六烷值提升14个单位以上;色度由原来的3.0降到了1.0以下,产品外观呈淡绿色;凝点较原料也有一定程度降低,降低幅度因原料性质变化而有所不同。加氢催化剂FF-36与FC-50满足加氢改质装置生产需要,产品达到了质量升级的要求,完全可替代进口催化剂。
The commercial application of hydrogenation catalysts FF-36 and FC-50 in the 1.0 MM TPY hydro-upgrading unit of Jinxi Petrochemical Company is introduced.The hydrogenation catalysts FF-36 and FC-50 were pre-sulfided by dry pre-sulfiding process,and then initial activity was passivated with low nitrogen oil.The catalysts performances were calibrated under full load operation.The results showed that FF-36 and FC-50 catalysts had higher activity and stability,the sulfur and nitrogen contents of diesel were under 10 ppm,and the desulfurization and denitrogenation rate were over 99%.The cetane number of diesel was raised by over 14 units,the color was lowered to less than 1.0 from 3.0 and the product color was light green.The freezing point was lowered as compared with the feedstock.The hydrogenation catalysts FF-36 and FC-50 have met the production requirements of hydro-upgrading unit,and the products have met the upgraded specifications.The catalyst could replace imported catalyst.
