摘要
通过培养性状观察与分子标记试验,对一株大麦赤霉病菌拮抗细菌CC41进行了鉴定,结果表明:CC41的形态及部分生理生化特征与Bacillussubtilis极为相似;两者的16SrDNA序列具有99.2%的同源性;在系统发育树上构成一个分支。由此确定该拮抗细菌属于枯草芽孢杆菌B.subtilis的一个菌株。
A strain CC41 resistant to Fusarium graminearum, was identified by morphological, biochemical and physiological characteristics, and 16S rDNA sequence identification. The results of traditional method showed that the strain CC41 has very similarity with Bacillus subtilis. Its 16S rDNA sequence shared 99.2% homologies with published sequence of relative bacteria from GenBank and both sequences constituted a branch in Phylogenetic tree. Therefore,that the strain CC41 was considered as one strain of B.subtilis.
