摘要
在草莓叶表、果表分离筛选出3株枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)B1、B17和B18。3菌株对灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)孢子萌发的抑制作用达到100%、99%和85%,平板对峙抑菌距离达到6.6、7.0和6.7mm。在适宜病原菌生长的22℃、pH5条件下,3菌株生长良好。在草莓叶片、花和果实上定植能力B1>B17>B18,定植周期13d。
Three bio-control Bacillus subtilis B1 ,B17, and B18 were isolated from strawberry leaves and fruits that suppressed spore germination of grey mould pathogen Botrytis cinerea by 100% , 99% , and 85%. The distance of bacterio-stasis of B1, B17, and B18 in plate suppress test were 6.6, 7.0, and 6.7 ram. They grew well in pH5 culture at 22℃ which were the optimum condition for grey mould. The ability of colonizing on leaf, flower, and fruit of strawberry of B1 was superior to B17, and B18, The period of colonizing was B days.
