摘要
转向架是地铁车辆的核心部件之一,其制造技术水平直接决定了车辆的最终性能。为在国内制造出国际一流的地铁车辆,配置了焊接机械手系统应用于转向架构架的生产。在此以侧梁机械手焊接为例,对机械手系统、焊接工艺进行描述介绍,对机械手应用于地铁转向架制造的优点进行了分析。
Bogie is one of the key parts of Metro vehicles and the final capabilities of the vehicles are decided on its manufacturing level directly.Our configurations in welding robot are applied for manufacturing the frame of bogie to manufacture the advanced metro vehicles in the world.This article gives an example on welding robot of frame to introduce the system and the welding procedure,and analyzes the advantage from applying the welding robot system in the manufacturing of Metro bogie.
