摘要
目的 探讨子宫内疾病的声像图特征 ,分析声学造影诊断宫内病变的临床价值。方法 搜集 5 3例经声学造影检查、手术和刮宫后病理证实的资料 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 声学造影对子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜癌等作出初步判断 ,均提示不同的声像图特征。
Objective This study is designed to investigate the ultrasound characteristic of intrauterine diseases and the diagnostic value of sonohysterography. Methods 47 patients with intrauterine diseases were studied by sonohystergraphy, and further confirmed by surgical operation or abortion procedure. The data was retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results Lesions like endometrial polyp, hyperplasia, adenocarcinoma, etc had different sonohysterography features, which was helpful in diagnosis.Conclusion Sonohystergraphy is of value in diagnosis and differentiation of intrauterine diseases.
