摘要
目的:探讨宫腔声学造影术(SHG)对宫腔内病变的诊断价值。方法:应用SHG诊断宫腔内病变100例,与术中所见和病理结果作对照分析,计算宫腔声学造影诊断宫内疾病的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值及阴性预测值。结果:SHG检查的敏感性为96.6%(84/87),特异性为84.6%(11/13),准确性为95%(95/100),阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为97.7%(84/86),78.6%(11/14)。结论:宫腔声学造影是一种安全有效的宫腔检查方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of saline contrast sonohysterography（SHG）for intrauterine disorders.MethodSHG was performed on 100 patients with intrauterine disorders.The diagnosis was compared with pathological results.ResultsThe sensitivity rate,specificity rate,accuracy rate,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were respectively 96.6%,84.6%,95%,97.7% and 78.6%.ConclusionSHG is a safe and effective examination means for women with intrauterine disorders.
