356株淋病奈瑟菌对抗菌药物敏感性的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解淋病奈瑟菌对青霉素、四环素、环丙沙星、头孢曲松、红霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、壮观霉素、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和头孢噻肟的敏感性。方法 用纸片和琼脂稀释法测定药物敏感性 ,测定β 内酰胺酶。结果  3 56株淋病奈瑟菌对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟和壮观霉素的耐药性分别增至 7.6% ,9.4%和 2 4.5% ,其余药物的耐药性均显著增加 ;检出 β 内酰胺酶阳性菌 81株。结论 河南地区淋病奈瑟菌对青霉素、四环素、红霉素、诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星的耐药性相当高 ,对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟和壮观霉素的耐药性有增加趋势 。 Objective To determine antibiotic susceptibili ties of penicillin,tetracycline,ciprofloxacin,ceftriaxone,erythromycin,kanamyci n,gentamicin,spectinomycin,norfloxacin,ofloxacin,cefotaxime for epidemic neisser ia gonrrhoeae.Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performe d using slip and lavor carang diffusion,and Beta-lactamase was tested.Results 356 strains gonococcus to ceftriaxone,cefotaxime, spectinomycin rose to 7.6%,9.4%,24.5% respectively.The gonococcus tolerance to t he other antibacterials rose significantly.There were 81 strains of beta-lactam ase-positive among epidemic neisseria gonrrhoeae.Conclusion The study suggested that penicillin,tetracycli ne erthromycin and some of quinolones resistant strains of gonococci in Henan pr ovince were severe rose.Three antibiotics,including ceftriaxone,cefotaxime,spect inomycin,can be used as head drug in treatment gonorrhoeae though there were the increasing tendency of the gonococcus tolerance to them.
