摘要 目的 :观察急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞在诱导分化中黏附分子的表达与维甲酸综合征的关系。方法 :流式细胞仪方法进行细胞表面标记检测 ,标本来自于 16例急性早幼粒细胞白血病患者的骨髓标本 ,标本采集时间为应用全反式维甲酸治疗前、用药后 7d、14d及 2 8d。结果 :16例患者在诱导缓解过程中有 3例患者出现维甲酸综合征 ,与CD11b表达时间的相关性为 7d :r =0 884,P =0 0 0 0 ;14d :r =0 5 41,P =0 0 3 0 ;2 8d :r =0 3 8,P =0 2 3 0。结论 :急性早幼粒白血病细胞在全反式维甲酸诱导缓解过程中早期、同步表达细胞黏附分子CD11b与维甲酸综合征的发生密切相关。 OBJECTIVE:To observe the relationship between the expression of adhesive molecule on acute promyelocytic leukemia cells and retinoic acid syndrome during the period of inducing remission with all trans retinoic acid.METHODS:The flow cytometry was used for detecting cell surface marker of bone marrow sample of 16 patients who suffered from acute promyelocytic leukemia at the time of the pre, the 7th day, the 14th day and the 28th day on the administration of all trans retinoic acid.RESULTS:The retinoic acid syndrome occurred in 3 patients whom of 16 cases were mass expression of CD 11b in the 7th day of administration during the period of inducing remission with all trans retinoic acid.The coefficient of correlation between retinoic acid syndrome and CD 11b expression was r =0 884, P =0 000 on the 7th day, r =0 541, P = 0 030 on the 14th day and r =0 38, P = 0 230 on the 28th day.CONCLUSIONS:The earlier and synchronization expression of cell adhesive molecule CD 11b on acute promyelocytic leukemia cells during inducing remission is closely relative to the occurrence of retinoic acid syndrome.
