摘要
生态经济学力求将生态因素纳入经济学的分析框架中来,研究生态因素与经济因素现象的关系,寻求经济活动与生态变化的良性平衡及经济的可持续发展。防治生态环境恶化的措施应控制人口增长,制定生态环境规划,加大投入力度,搞好退耕还林(草)工作,扩大生态农业试点,加大执法力度,提高思想认识。
