摘要
当前农业资源利用过程中存在着数量供给减少、质量下降、生态环境恶化、资源遭受污染、利用效率偏低、资源浪费严重、加工能力不足、经济效益不高等问题。因此,应采取珍惜节用、综合开发、面向市场、合理投入等对策措施,以提高农业资源利用率,确保农业可持续发展。
Problems such as the reduction of supply, the degradation of quality, deterioration of ecological environment , the pollution of resources, the inefficiency of utilization, the serious waste of resources, the inadequate capability of manufacture and the low economic benefit are now widely existing in the process of utilizing the agricultural resources. Thus, measures such as saving the resources, making comprehensive exploitations, having the resources market-oriented and making rational input should be adopted to improve the efficiency of utilization and to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture.
