摘要
移动数据业务是3G运营商参与市场竞争的重要差异化服务之一。应用/内容提供环节决定了3G移动数据业务市场的状况。本文首先描述了应用/内容提供商(AP/CP)的功能,然后分析了AP/CP环节的角色演变,以及现有移动运营商发展AP/CP的策略。最后,对3G运营商的AP/CP发展策略提出了具体建议,包括业务平台建设、市场环境、收入分成机制、合作与支持、市场竞争环境、社会力量的启动、战略联盟等方面。
Mobile data services are one of the important differentiation advantages which the3G operators take to participate in the market competition in China.The sector of application/content provision in the3G value chain decides the market situation of the3G mobile data services.Firstly,this paper describes the functions of AP/CP.Then,it analyses the role evolvement of AP/CP,and the development tactics on AP/CP of the present mobile operators are also presented.Finally,the paper offers the suggestions on the3G operators' development tactics concerning AP/CP in China,which refer the aspects of service platform,market circumstance,revenue separation,cooperation,assist,competition environment,starting up the social potential,strategic alliance,and so on.
