The startup of MMS mobile phone market will rely on the generalization of MMS service. In concrete, it relates to operator's the market promotion strategy, handset vendor's generalization strategy, content provider's content provision and user's requirement for mobile phone replacement. If MMS is to be made killer service in mobile data industry chain, operators need to cooperate with mobile terminal manufacturers and content providers to focus on the following problems: to attach importance to the establishment of good relationship in the value chain, to provide more colorful content, to break the bulwark of interoperability, to provide more diversified MMS mobile phones, then the price of MMS mobile phones will be differentiated.
