摘要 目的:观察生后早期双侧眼球摘除对金黄地鼠外膝体细胞密度、NOS阳性细胞的影响。方法:采用Nissl神经细胞染色和NADPH-d酶组织化学方法。结果:生后早期双侧眼球摘除后,大鼠外膝体细胞密度显著减少,NOS阳性神经元数量显著减少。结论:生后早期双眼摘除对外膝体发育有明显影响。 Objective:To investigate the effect of early binocular enucleation on the densities of neurons and NOS-positive neurons of the lateral geniculate nucelus in the golden hamster. Methods: Nissl staining and nicotinamide adenine dinu-cleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d) histochemical staining methods were used. Results:After early binocular enucleation, the densities of neurons and NOS-positive neurons in the lateral geniculate nucleus reduced markedly than the control animal. Conclusion:The development of the lateral geniculate nucleus is significanly affected by early binocular enucleation in golden hamster.
