摘要 目的:观测减弱视神经电活动后外侧膝状体核团诱生型一氧化氮合酶的表达,探讨其可能的意义。方法:采用眼球摘除、眼内注射河豚毒素(Tetrodotoxin,TTX)减弱视神经电活动,运用还原型辅酶二-硫辛酸脱氢酶(NADPH-diaphorase,NDP)组化染色及诱生型一氧化氮合酶(Induciblenitricoxidesyn-thase,iNOS)原位分子杂交方法观察外侧膝状体iNOS表达。结果:两种方式减弱视神经电活动后,外侧膝状体核均出现不同程度的iNOS表达。结论:减弱视神经电活动后。 Objective: To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in lateral geneculate nucleus (LGN) after reduction of optic nervous electric activity and its possible significance in rats. Methods: After the optic nervous electric activity was reduced with monocular enucleation and ocular injection of tetrodotoxin, the expression of iNOS in LGN was determined with NDP histochemistry and iNOS cDNA probe hybridization in situ. Results: Various degrees of iNOS expression was found in LGN after two optic electric activity reducing methods. Conclusion: Nitric oxide appears in LGN might be related to the local pathological changes after the reduction of optic nervous electric activity.
