摘要
水危机已成为中国乃至世界所面临的重大问题。本文提出了水资源安全的概念 ,在分析我国水资源存在问题的基础上 。
Water crisis has been a vital issue that China even the whole world faces.This paper put forward the conception of water resources safety. Based on analysis problems of water resources safety in China, countermeasures of sustainable utilization of water resources are discussed.
