摘要
目的 了解2型糖尿病及其严重程度与脂代谢之间的关系。方法 分别测定不同程度尿白蛋白的2型糖尿病患者及对照组的TC ,TG ,APOA1,APOB ,LDL-C ,HDL-C。结果 2型糖尿病各组的血清APOA1,HDL-C较对照组低 ,APOB ,LDL-C ,TC ,TG浓度较对照组高。APOA1水平随UAE升高而降低 ,APOB则升高显著。结论 APOB与UAE有高度相关性 ,是糖尿病肾病发生危险度评估中的一个较灵敏 。
Objective To explore the correlation between urinary albumin excretion(UAE) and serum lipoprotein A and B in type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 78 patients of type 2 DM and 27 healthy controls were employed and the levels of serum TC,TG,APOA1,APOB,LDL-C and HDL-C were determined.Results The levels ofAPOA1 and HDL-C were significantly less than those of controls, but the levels of APOB,LDL-C,TC and TG were significantly higher than those of controls. Moreover, with the levels of UAE increasing, the levels of APOA1 decreased, but in APOB, they were significantly increased.Conclusion There is obvious positive correlation between UAE and APOB and APOB is a sensitive, reliable marker to evaluate the risk factors of diabetic nephropathy.
