摘要
麻木症是一个综合症状,可产生于多种疾病,在临床上往往久治不愈或反复发作。贺氏三通法即微通、强通、温通之法。微通为毫针针法,强通为三棱针放血针法,温通为火针针法、灸法。使用贺氏三通法,主要据病之寒热虚实,标本缓急来选经配穴。
The so-called He's Three-Opening Method is themild opening,fierce opening,and warm-openingmethods from Dr.He Puren,an eminent veteranspecialist of acupuncture in China.The mild openingis performed with acupuncture by means of filiformneedles,the fierce opening is blood-letting methodwith three-edged needle and the warm-opening isconducted with red-hot needles or moxibustion.Pointsare prescribed according to the different symptomsof numbness such as deficiency of Qi,that of blood,stagnation of Qi and blood,retention of cold resu-lting from Yang deficiency,and appropriate 'open-ing' method should be adopted accordingly.Thearticle presents 4 cases for demonstration.
