摘要
利用湘矮A(来源于波里马不育胞质)的同核异质可育系(即保持系)湘矮B与引自8个国家的43个甘蓝型油菜品种(Brassica napus L.)测交,根据F_2群体的育性分离情况,鉴定出34个品种具有N细胞质,9个品种具有S细胞质。认为此法可作为油菜品种细胞质育性鉴定的可行方法之一。
Test-crossing between Xiang Ai B, the maintaner of Xiang Ai A Cms which was derivated from Polima Cms, and fourty-three varieties ( B.napus ) introduced from eight countries were conducted during 1987 to 1988. The F2 populations were evaluated for fertility. Thirty-four of the introduced varieties possessed fertile cytoplasm ( N ) and the other nine possessed sterile cytoplasm ( S ) based on their segregation patterns in the F2 populations. The test-crossing method involved would be useful in identifing the cytoplasm fertility of rapeseed varieties.
