选育甘蓝型春油菜波里马不育胞质三系杂种的研究 被引量:16

摘要 在青海春油菜生态区的田间试验结果表明:长江中游的单、双低半冬性甘蓝型油菜品种资源,绝大部分能正常生长适时成熟。这些品种资源与波里马细胞质雄性不育材料测交和连续回交,大部分半冬性品种的回交后代彻底不育,而春性品种的后代出现微粉。半冬性品种转育的不育系或恢复系与春性品种转育的恢复系或不育系配制的杂种优势明显。今后春油菜区波里马不育胞质三系杂种的选育,应用长江中游双低半冬性品种(系)转育的不育系与加拿大和欧洲的春性品种(系)转育的恢复系配制杂种。 Single low (low erucic acid) and double low (low erucic acid and low glucosinolate) semi winter rapeseed ( B.napus ) varieties (lines) from the middle reaches of Yangtze River were planted for testing their growth periods in Qinghai. The results indicated that most of them could grow normally and showed early maturity. When these semi winter varieties (lines) and some spring varieties (lines) were used to develop Pol cms sterile lines, most of semi winter varieties (lines) were founded to be very nice maintainers of Pol cms, whereas most of spring varieties (lines) were not able to maintain the Pol cms very well. The hybrids between semi winter sterile lines and spring restorer lines or between spring sterile lines and semi winter restorer lines showed significant heterosis and the heterosis level was much higher than that of hybrids between spring varieties (lines) derived sterile lines and restorer lines. Based on the above results, the good quality B. napus varieties (lines) from the middle reaches of Yangtze River were regarded as excellent parent germplasm for good quality Pol cms hybrid breeding in spring rapeseed area, and a new method for breeding of spring Pol cms B.napus hybrid was suggested: the semi winter varieties (lines) are used to develop the sterile lines and spring ones are used to develop the restorer lines, then the semi winter type sterile line and the spring type restorer line are made hybrid.
