摘要
目的 观察颈椎侧块钢板治疗颈椎骨折脱位的疗效。方法 对 1999年 6月～ 2 0 0 2年 6月采用颈椎侧块钢板治疗的 2 6例颈椎骨折、脱位患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术后病人均无神经、血管并发症。通过 4～ 36个月的随访 ,见颈椎侧块钢板对颈椎固定牢靠 ,无螺钉松脱及钢板断裂现象 ,同时对颈椎滑脱有良好的复位作用。 2 4例获骨性愈合 ,脊髓功能除 5例按Frankle分级为A级者术后 3个月无明显改善外 ,其余均有不同程度改善。结论 颈椎侧块钢板适用于需要后路减压的颈椎骨折、脱位 ,对其有良好的复位和固定作用 ,有利于脊髓功能的恢复。该方法还具有短节段固定 ,术后仅需轻便外固定 ,可早期活动等优点。该手术有一定风险 ,因此要求技术要熟练 ,操作要规范。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of ce rv ical spine fracture or dislocation following the placement of AXIS lateral cervi cal mass plate.Methods:Through the analysis of clinical data of 26 patients suffering from cervical spine fracture or dislocation and treated w ith AXIS lateral cervical spine mass plate .Results:No compli cation of injuries to the arteries or nerve endings were found .26 cases were fo llowed-up for 4～36 months. The cervical spine was fixed very firmly and there was no loosening of the plates and screws .The internal fixer was very suitable for reposition of cervical spine dislocation .24cases had boneunion .The spinal cord function of all patients (except 5 cases of Frankle A) were improved to dif ferent degree .Conclusions: The stability could be obtained with the AXIS screws-plating fixation to lateral cervical mass .It was a good techni que for restore stability of cervical vertebrae and spinal cord function .It has other advantages:short segment fixation,light external post-operative support ,allowing early mobilization.
