术中运动诱发电位的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 自20世纪80年代首次发现运动诱发电位(MEP)以来,其作为一种无创性的神经电生理检查方法,已广泛应用在神经系统疾病的诊断与术中监护上。MEP可通过经颅电刺激及经颅磁刺激获得,术中MEP的成功应用有助于保护脑功能区病人的肢体功能,提高病人的生存质量。本文对术中MEP的历史、分类及各种方法的优缺点和主要技术指标、MEP的主要波形及其影响因素、报警标准及禁忌证等作一综述。
