CT血管造影及CT灌注成像在慢性脑供血不足中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用CT血管造影(CTA)及CT灌注成像(CTPI)技术对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者进行检查,同时选择健康对照组进行比较,探讨其临床应用价值。方法分别选取CCCI患者39例,正常对照35例,均在相同技术参数下完成CTA及CTPI检查,对二组结果进行对照。结果在慢性CCCI患者中颅内段前循环狭窄最常见。应用CTPI可对部分严重血管狭窄CCCI患者进行诊断,发现梗死前病灶,筛选高危患者。结论部分CCCI患者在无卒中发作时,也存在明显的局部脑低灌注区,且与血管狭窄的严重程度正相关,运用CTPI可早期发现异常低灌注。TTP是最为敏感的指标。为早期选择合适的治疗方案提供客观的影像学依据。
