摘要
目的 探讨胶质瘤中survivin蛋白的表达及其与肿瘤恶性程度的关系。方法 收集胶质瘤石蜡标本 91例 ,其中Ⅰ级 2 6例、Ⅱ级 5 4例、Ⅲ Ⅳ级 11例。用免疫组化染色检测瘤组织中survivin和PCNA蛋白的表达情况。结果 ①胶质瘤细胞中有survivin蛋白的表达 ,且随着肿瘤级别的增高 ,瘤细胞survivin蛋白的表达增强 ,Ⅰ～Ⅳ级胶质瘤细胞中survivin蛋白阳性表达的百分率分别为Ⅰ级 3 0 8%、Ⅱ级 5 7 4%、Ⅲ Ⅳ级 72 7%。②Survivin蛋白表达阳性的胶质瘤细胞PCNA的标记指数明显高于survivin蛋白表达阴性的相应胶质瘤细胞PCNA的标记指数 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 胶质瘤细胞中不仅有survivin蛋白的表达 ,且其表达程度与肿瘤的恶性程度和肿瘤细胞PCNA的表达有关。
Objective To investigate survivin protein expression in gliomas and its correlation with malignancy of gliomas. Methods A total of 91 samples of gliomas (gradeⅠ: 26 cases, grade Ⅱ: 54 cases, and grade Ⅲ Ⅳ: 11 cases) were collected. The expression levels of survivin protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were determined by immunohistochemical methods. Results ① Survivin protein expression was found in glioma cells. The expression increased in a grade dependent manner. The positive percentages of survivin expression in gliomas of grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ, and grade Ⅲ Ⅳ were 30 8%, 57 4%, and 72 7%, respectively. ② The PCNA labeling index of glioma cells with positive survivin expression was higher than that with negative survivin expression ( P <0 05). Conclusion Survivin expression in gliomas is positively correlated with the expression of PCNA and the malignancy of gliomas.
