摘要
绿色化是经济发展的必然趋势,而企业的经营行为直接受社会制度的约束,制度的变迁更为重要和根本。绿色制度变迁具有外部性强、效益多样且具有长期性、不确定性和风险性较强等特点,它在实质上是政府和社会向企业传递意识形态和价值标准的过程。文章在介绍制度变迁研究现状的基础上,按政府与企业在制度变迁过程中所起作用的不同将绿色制度变迁分为强制供给型、政府导向型和需求诱致型三种模式,并分别对它们的特点与应用作了具体阐述。
Green transition is a inevitable trend of economic development, but the behaviors of enterprise are restricted by institutions directly, so institutional transition is more important and more essential. With great exterior effects, kinds of long-term benefits and a great uncertainty and risk, green institutional transition is a process substantially, in which government and society pass their ideology and values to enterprise. On the basis of discussing research of institutional transition, the article classify the green institution transition into three kinds by the roles of government and enterprise in the transition process, forced-supply mode, government-lead mode and demand-attract mode, and expatiate on their traits and applications respectively.
