摘要
本文主要介绍了脂质体作为药物靶向制剂载体的研究发展。分析了近年来脂质体在各类药物中的应用及其优点 。
This paper introduces the progresses of liposome used as the carrier of targeting drug delivery system. It narrates the recent uses of liposomes in many kinds of drugs and its virtues , at last puts forward some problems and its good future in application of drug delivery system.
