摘要
介绍了一种高频压电陶瓷滤波器的制造及其所用材料,这种采用双重能阱模式的陶瓷滤波器是用掺Ce和Mn的Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)(ZrTi)O3压电材料制造的,具有插入损耗小,阻带衰减大和温度稳定性高的特点。
The manufacture method of a high frequency piezoelectric ceramic electric filter and its are introduced in this paper. The ceramic filter with double energy trapped mode is made up of piezoelectric material Pb(Zn_(1/3) Nb_(2/3))(ZrTi)O_3 doping with Ce and Mn ,and has the advantages of small insertion loss, large stop-band attenuation and high temperature stability.
