摘要
主要研究PbTiO3基陶瓷谐振器的制备工艺和主要性能。PbTiO3基陶瓷采用传统工艺来制备。这种陶瓷具有高kt和Qm,低er和高频率稳定性,用此种陶瓷制备的高频谐振器具有优良性能,并完全满足使用的需要。
The preparing technology and the main performance of PbTiO3 based ceramic resonators have been studied. PbTiO3 based ceramics are prepared by conventional ceramic process and it exhibits high kt and Qm, low er and high frequency stability. The high frequency resonators prepared with PbTiO3 based piezoelectric ceramics exhibit high performance stability, and they completely satisfy applied requirement.
