摘要
目的 快速、简便、灵敏地监测畜禽肌肉、内脏及虾中的氯霉素残留。方法 建立了高效液相色谱法快速检测技术。动物组织中的氯霉素用乙酸乙酯在超声波振荡下提取 3次 ,提取液经脱水、浓缩 ,再用 0 5mol L高氯酸溶液溶解浓缩瓶中残留物、沉淀蛋白质 ,以正己烷去除脂溶性杂质 ,经 0 4 5 μm滤膜过滤后供HPLC测定含量。 结果 本方法的线性范围为0 1~ 2 0 μg ml,肌肉的最低检出浓度为 1 6 μg kg ,内脏为 3 2 μg kg ,在 2 0~ 10 0 μg kg的加标水平时 ,方法平均回收率为 82 1%~ 96 6 % ,相对标准偏差为 4 5 %~ 9 3%。结论 该方法适用范围广 ,回收率高 ,检测限低 ,简单易行 。
Objective A rapid, simple and sensitive high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of chloramphenicol residues in muscles and viscera of the livestock and poultry and in the shrimp has been established. Methods\ The chloramphenicol in animal tissues is extracted three times by ethyl acetate in ultrasonic. The extract is dehydrated with Na 2SO 4 and concentrated. The residues are cleaned up by 0 5mol/L HClO 4 and n hexane. The purified solution is detected at UV 278nm by HPLC. Results\ The detection limit of this method is 1 6μg/kg in muscles and 3 2μg/kg in viscera, the recovery is from 82 1% to 96 6%, RSD is 5 3% 6 4%. Conclusion This method can be widely applied to animal foods, and its recovery is high, and its detection limit is low, and it is easily popularized in countryside.
