摘要
本文对月见草(OenotherabiennisL.)的染色体进行了研究,结果显示,染色体数目为2n=14,核型公式为K(2n)=2x=14=14m(2sat),相对长度组成为2n=14=6M2+8M1,核型为"1A"型。
The karyotype of Oenothera biennis L.is studied.The results show that the chromosome number is 2n=14 and its karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x=14=14m(2sat).The composition of relative lengh of chromosome is 2n=14=6M_2+8M_1,belonging to '1A' Stebbins.
