摘要
通过对禾本科薏苡属薏米 (CoixchinensisTod .)和薏苡 (Coixlacryma jobiLinn .)两种植物的染色体倍数及薏苡的核型进行分析 ,结果表明两种植物染色体倍数均为 2n =2 0 ,薏苡的核型公式为 2n =1 6m +4sm(2SAT) =2 0 。
This paper primarily reported that grass family coix chinensis Tod.and Coix lacryma\|jobi Linn.chromosome multiple of two kinds of plants and karyotype analysis of the Coix Lacryma\|jobi Linn..This experiment the chromosome classification adopted the Leven method to assign name,the karyotype symmetry classification to adopt the Stebbins classification system,and the result showed that chromosome multiple of two kinds of plants are 2n=20,the karyotype formula of Coix lacryma\|jobi Linn.is 2n=\{16 m\}+\{4 sm\}(2SAT)=20,chromosome karyotype symmetry is an IA type.
