摘要
目的 :自茜草中提取多糖类成分 ,并予以分离 ;测试茜草多糖在抗辐射方面的生理活性 ;方法 :以小鼠为实验对象 ,测试茜草多糖对其造血组织和免疫系统的保护作用 ,并以高剂量辐照后小鼠 30d的存活率作为抗辐射作用的综合指标 ;结果 :药理实验表明 ,两组多糖与对照组及茜草片组比较 ,可显著增加受 7.5gyγ -射线照射小鼠的脾重 (NP :P <0 .0 5 ;AP :P <0 .0 0 1)以及外周血白细胞数 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,并能提高受照小鼠的存活率 (AP :P <0 .0 5 )结论 :自茜草中分离的多糖NP和AP均具有抗辐射活性。
Objective: To discuss polysaccharides extracted from the ethanolic deposit by fractionation with solvent and adsorption , and to determine their antiradiation effects. Methods: After the eradiated mice were given the Rubiapolysaccharide, their protection for haematopoietic tissues and immune system were detected. High dose radiation was conducted on mice, the 30d survival rate of the mice was regarded as the comprehensive index of antiradiation. Results: Preliminary pharmacological test showed that Rubiapolysaccharide NP, AP could improve the health guideline of the eradiated mice compared with control group and Rubia tablets group, the mice's spleens weight eradiated by γ-ray were NP:P<0.05;AP:P<0.001; WBCC in the extremities P<0.001,and the survival rate AP:P<0.05.Conclusion: Rubiapolysaccharide has better antiradiation effects.
