原花青素缓释片对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的研究原花青素缓释片对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法选取健康ICR雄性小鼠,随机分为6组,正常对照组、模型组、阳性药组、原花青素缓释片低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。辐照前各组每天分别以生理氯化钠溶液和不同剂量药物连续灌胃14d,灌胃至第7天,除正常对照组外,其余各组小鼠均接受6Gy60Co全身性照射1次,照射后继续灌胃7d,然后将动物处死,迅速取血及脏器,检测指标。结果原花青素缓释片能明显改善60Co射线引起的小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板等指标的减少、体质量减轻,并能显著提高股骨骨髓有核细胞数,对造血机能的损伤有明显的保护作用,并能使萎缩的胸腺、脾脏等指数增加;减少小鼠精子形态畸变率。结论原花青素缓释片对辐射损伤小鼠具有明显的保护作用。 Objective To study the protective effect of Proanthocyanidins sustained-release tablets on radiation injured mice.Methods Healthy male ICR mice were randomly divided into normal control,radiation injured model,positive control and Proanthocyanidins groups (low,middle and high dose),each group with 10 mice.Each group was respectively given sodium chloride physiological solution and different doses of drugs for 14 days.At the 7th day,except for the normal control group,the mice were subjected to 6 Gy ^60Co-γ radiation once.Then the mice were killed 7 days after radiation.Their blood and organs were collected for detection.Results Proanthocyanidins sustained-release tablets can obviously improve WBC,RBC,PLT and weight loss symptoms.It also remarkably increased the nucleus of marrow cells,protected the blood system,increased the index of atrophy thymus and spleen,and reduced the rate of mouse sperm morphology aberrations.Conclusion Proanthocyanidins sustained-release tablets show a protective effect on radiation injured mice.
