摘要
社会政策与社会需求和社会福利有直接的联系,社会政策研究涉及对社会福利的解释和评价、涉及社会政策的目的和社会追求等。这样的研究内容使社会政策研究与其他一些学科的研究相比具有明显的开放性和挑战性。本文主要通过介绍和分析社会政策研究的形成和发展过程,以及它的学术定位和研究主题,来论证社会政策研究的开放性和挑战性。
The theoretical approaches to the social policy, as an academic discipline or a study field, are not restricted in the contents and boundaries. This characteristic makes the researchers of the social policy face the difficult problems as well as the exciting challenge. Social policy research has this characteristic since it is based on different political perspectives and several academic disciplines. This article explores this characteristic by an analysis of different definitions of social policy, the development of social policy research and the debated issues about social policy.
