摘要
从组织中知识的流动过程出发分析隐性知识的共享 ,观察隐性知识在个人层次和组织层面的共享过程 ,并据此提出隐性知识共享的条件、障碍、方法、工具和保障措施 。
The process of knowledge flow in organizations is analyzed to discuss the sharing of tacit knowledge.The sharing of tacit knowledge is observed from the individual level and the organizational level.Based on this,the conditions,barriers,solutions,tools and guarantees of tacit knowledge sharing are pointed out,and some problems at the deeper level are put forward.
