摘要
用不同浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)和萘乙酸(NAA)组合处理茶树短穗,进行扦插,结果表明:IBA和NAA及其交叉组合对扦插成活率、发根率、发根条数的差异均未达到显著;IBA对最长根长的效果显著,且IBA40×10-6明显优于其他浓度处理。
The cuttage of short stem is one of the method of asexual propagation of the tea .It can save up materialand get high propagation ratio to use a short stem cutting with only one leaf .The cuttage of dealing with differentthickness of IBA and NAA and their combination .The result of the test shows :(1) IBA and NAA and their combinationto cuttage survival rate ,send root rate and root pieces of result that count no difference ;(2) IBA ,to maximum length ofroot result remarkable most ,and IBA4010-6 superior to other thickness treatment obviously .
