摘要
研究了不同浓度ABT1号生根粉液、不同处理时间对茶树穴盘扦插生根的影响。结果表明,采用ABT1号生根粉处理茶树插穗,生根率提高了16.67~36.67个百分点;慢浸法优于速蘸法,50 mg/kg ABT1号生根粉浸泡插穗0.5 h处理的扦插生根率高、生根多、根系发达。
The effects of different substrates, types and concentrations of ABT1 powder on the rooting of tea plug seedling were studied. The results showed that the root rate was about more than 16.67~36.67 percent by ABT1 powder. Slow soaking method was superior to quick dipping. Higher rooting rate, more root and more flourishing roots system can be obtained by ABT1 rooting powder of 50 mg / kg for 0.5 h.
