摘要
对 4个白菜型油菜品系和 4个小白菜品种的品质进行了分析 ,结果表明 :白菜型油菜Vc含量和粗蛋白质含量均高于小白菜 ;可溶性糖含量与小白菜相当 ;
In this study,4 B.campestris lines and 4 Chinese campestris varieties were analyzed in soluble sugar,vitamin C,protein and organic acid. The results showed that the B.campestris were better than Chinese campestris varieties in vitamin C and protein;there were no different in soluble sugar. In organic acid contents, the B. campestris were higher than Chinese campestris.
