摘要
目的 了解恶性肿瘤组患者及恶性肿瘤组血瘀型与气血虚型之间血液黏度指标的变化。方法 186例恶性肿瘤患者与 15 3例健康人对照 ,并将 186例恶性肿瘤患者按辨证分为血瘀型 92例。气血虚型 94例进行对照。均清晨空腹采血 7ml,保存在 37.0℃恒温下 ,专人检测。按其黏度值及公式换算得出数据结果。结果 恶性肿瘤组与健康对照组比较 :血液黏度指标中除血球压积外均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血瘀型与气血虚型比较血液黏度指标均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血液黏度各项指标的变化为肿瘤患者有血瘀证提供了客观依据 ,同时也为活血化瘀。扶正培本治疗法则的使用提供了理论基础。研究还表明 :气血虚型是肿瘤疾病的进一步发展 ,其转移者明显高于血瘀型。
Objective: To explore the changes of blood viscosity items on the patients with malignant tumor and compare the differences between XueYu Type and QiXueXu type of cancr patients.Methods: 153 cases in normal group and 186 cases of cancer patients were contradistinguished .The latter randomized into XueYu Type (92 persons) and QiXueXu type (94 persons) according to discrimination of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 7ml of blood were drawn from all people before breakfast in the morning. The blood was preserved at 37.0℃ after being anticoagulated by heparin .All data were measured by same person.Results: There were significant differences in all hemorheologic items except hematocrit between cancer group and normal group ( P <0.05), and between XueYu Type and QiXueXu Type in all hemorheologic items ( P <0.05).Conclusions: The changes of hemorrheologic items provide impersonal basis for diagnosing XueYu of tumor sufferer and provide theoretical guide for using Huo Xue Hua Yu Fa and Fu Zheng Pei Ben Fa in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat cancer.
