摘要 石油工业中各种金属储罐腐蚀损坏后的修复较难,尤其是一些特殊部位的修复则更难。胜利油田与河南四方防腐公司针对罐顶等特殊部位的腐蚀特点,联合开发了玻璃钢包覆泡沫夹芯层复合结构修复罐顶新技术。文章着重介绍了用于罐顶修复的玻璃钢包覆泡沫夹芯层复合结构的结构形式及结构设计、修复程序及要点。说明了该技术在实际应用中应注意的事项,并结合工程实例分析了玻璃钢包覆泡沫夹芯层复合结构修复技术的特点和应用前景。 It is relatively difficult to repair the corroded steel storage tanks used in petroleum industry, particularly for specific areas or parts of tank. Shenli Oilfield and Henan Sifang Anti-corrosion Company have developed jointly a new reparation technique called compound structure with foam layer placed in between two glass fiber reinforced plastics to repair specific tank area, such as tank roof. In this paper the structural form and design, reparation procedure and key points of the new technique as well as notable matters of practical application are introduced. The characteristics of the technique and its application prospect are analyzed in connection with practical engineering projects.
