摘要
腐蚀严重的集输油管线不开挖就地原位修复再生,将为油田节省大量资金,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。本文提出了以聚合物水泥砂浆作为加固层、环氧胶泥类材料作为过渡层、钢磷片涂料作为主防腐层的复合衬里结构修复旧管线的技术方案,并就衬里材料研究、三层复合结构研究以及该技术在油田的初步应用情况进行了详细介绍。
The in-situ rehabilitation of seriously corroded pipelines without excavation will save numerous money for oil fields, and will result in great social and economic efficiencies. This paper proposes a technical scheme for rehabilitating pipelines using polymer cement mortar lining as the reinforcing layer, using the epoxy daub coating as the transitional layer, and using the steel scale coating as the main corrosion prevention layer, This paper also detailedly introduces the researches on the lining materials and on the three-layer composite structure, and also introduces the initial applications of this technology in oil fields.
