关于公交专用道规划的若干思考

摘要 本文首先研究公交专用道规划对城市路网整体的影响,提出基于时空消耗概念下的路网容量修正公式;进行了载运乘客能力的计算对比;根据Logit模型和交通阻抗函数分析出公交专用道将有助于优化居民出行交通结构;指出不同等级道路交通流车辆组成将重新分配。以示意图说明了公交专用道规划前评价和设置后评价的动态循环过程;建立了多级指标层次结构图,建议用层次分析法和模糊数学进行综合效益前后评价。提供了制订和完善有关规范的内容。认为公交专用道应规划、建设、管理“三位一体”,同时必须运用新技术,才能提高公交服务水平。 This paper begins with the influences ofbus lane on urban road network, and gives a modi-fied formula of road network volume based on timeand space consumption. Then it makes the calcula-tion and comparison of the carry capacity. Throughthe analysis of Logit model and transport impedancefunction, the paper draws a conclusion that bus lanewill contribute to the optimization of civic tripstructure, and the vehicle composition of differentgrades of road will redistribute. It illuminates thedynamic circulation process before and after the setof bus lane, set up a multilevel indicator hiberarchymap, and suggests we make comprehensive benefitevaluation using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)and fuzzy mathematics. It also involves the working-out and improvement of the related criterion. It isbelieved that the planning, construction and manage-ment should be integrated, and should make full useof new technologies to improve the service level ofpublic bus.
