生姜的营养特性和优质高产平衡施肥技术 被引量:7

The Characteristics of Ginger Nutrition and Technology of Balanced Fertilization for Excellent Quality and High Yield

摘要 1999~2001年连续三年多点研究生姜的营养特性和平衡施肥技术。结果表明,生姜茎叶、姜块和全株养分含量的高低顺序为K>N>P>Mg>Ca>Zn,全株N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn等6种养分含量的比例为100:12.6:147.2:1.4:5.2:0.2,含K量接近含N量的1.5倍。全生育期对该6种养分的吸收比例,全株为1:0.126: 1.468:0.014:0.05:0.003,对K的吸收量最多,N次之;每500kg生姜吸收的养分平均为4.107kg0.516kg、6.031kg、0.057kg、0.207kg和0.009kg,N∶P∶K约为2∶1∶3。氮磷钾配施的各处理能显著增加生姜产量,同时可有效提高姜块中维生素C与可溶性糖含量,降低硝酸盐等有害物质的含量,改善姜块的内在和外观品质,提高农民种植生姜的经济收益。生姜平衡施肥方案为纯N 375kg/hm2,P2O5 90kg/hm2,K2375kg/hm2,硫酸锌15kg/hm2,较农民习惯施肥具有极为显著的增产节本增收效果。 Study on nutrition characteristics and balanced fertilization technology for ginger excellent quality and high yield was conducted at five sites for successive three years from 1999 to 2001. The results shown that the high-low sequence of average nutrient content in shoot, tuber and total plant of ginger wasK>N>P>Mg>Ca>Zn, the ratio of nutrient content for N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn in total plant being100:12.6:147.2:1.4:5.2:0.2, and the content of K approached 1.5 times of the one of N. The nutrient uptake proportion for N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn in total plant was 1:0.126:1.468:0.014:0.05:0.003 in the whole growth period, the quality of uptake for potassium maximum, and the second being nitrogen. The average nutrient uptake rate per 500kg ginger tuber for N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn was 4.107kg、0.516kg、6.031kg、0.057kg、0.207kg和0.009kg, N∶P∶K being about 2∶1∶3. Those treatments that applied nitrogen and phosphorus combined with potassium could all increase ginger tuber yield, improve the inherent and exterior quality at the same time, which efficiently improved the content of vitamin C and soluble sugar, decreased the one of harmful material as nitrate, and raise the economic benefit of planting ginger. The program of balanced fertilization for ginger was the application of N 375kg/hm2, P2O5 90kg/hm2, K2O 375kg/hm2 and ZnSO4 15kg/hm2, which resulted in very significant effect of increasing output, saving cost and improving income compared with the one of farmer conventional fertilization.
