摘要
用一种稀土添加剂(自制)向ZA1Si7Mg1A铸造铝合金中加入稀土元素,以改善合金的性能。结果表明:该法使稀土元素的加入操作变得简单易行,烧损小,合金性能改善效果明显,在一定RE浓度范围内随着合金中RE含量增加合金的Rm和A同步增长。通过试验得到了最佳效果的稀土加入量。
This is a method that it uses the rare earth element of the RE-additive to improve properties of the meta-eutectic Al-Si alloy.The method makes operation of alloying of the rare earth element to become brief and easy,but little the rare earth element burned loss.And the results that the properties of the Al-Si alloy were improved are obvious:the tensile strength and the percentage elongation within the scope certainly of the RE element content increase synchronously with the RE content increase.And it has a RE contant of the best result.
