摘要
通过分析现有大学英语课堂教学模式存在的问题与弊端 ,阐述了改革大学英语课堂教学旧模式的必要性 ,提出了构建大学英语四步问题式课堂教学新模式的构想与理念 ,并进行了实践。四步法课堂教学模式为 :1、以提问方式教学语言点 ,掌握课文主要内容。 2、学生分组讨论问题。 3、展示与评价讨论成果。 4、根据问题自由发言。
This paper elaborates the necessity of improving the old and traditional classroom teaching model through analyzing its problems and malpractices. The new model for college English classroom teaching recommended and practiced by the author is composed of 4 steps: mastery of the language points and main idea of the text;group discussion of some questions;demonstration and evaluation of the results of the discussion;and free speeches made on the questions discussed.
