绩效评估在企业管理中起着至关重要的作用,而绩效评估的精确性又是确保绩效评估成功的关键。本文通过分析绩效评估精确的衡量指标,影响绩效评估精确性的重要因素,提出了提高绩效评估精确性的具体对策。
Performance appraisal is one of the major points in enterprise management, and the precision of appraisal is the footstone for the success of performance appraisal. By analyzing the index of precision and the major influencing factors, this article gives some measures to improve the precision of performance appraisal.
